Thanksgiving is almost here! If you\u2019re planning on doing any traveling for Turkey Day, you\u2019re probably dreading the traffic. We can\u2019t make it go away, but we do have some helpful tips that will make Thanksgiving travel a little bit more tolerable. Check them out below!<\/p>\n

  1. Leave Early:<\/b> Avoid driving on Wednesday and Sunday, as those are these busiest days for Thanksgiving travel. <\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Take A Back Road:<\/b> Consider alternate routes to your destination to avoid the bumper-to-bumper traffic.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Be Prepared: <\/b>Pack a bag with road trip essentials like drinks, snacks, and charging cables for the ride.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Pay the Toll: <\/b>Make sure you have your EZPass or enough change for the tolls!<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Avoid Distractions:<\/b> Eliminate distractions while driving, especially texting.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Proceed With Caution: <\/b>Even if you feel like you\u2019re in a rush, obey traffic laws like the speed limit and road signs. <\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Get Checked Out: <\/b>Make sure everything is working properly in your vehicle before hitting the road to avoid issues like a flat tire or overheating engine. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
